Swimming
The swimming team of Brussels Gay Sports is a group of people from many nationalities getting together in Brussels to enjoy their favourite sport.
Following the core values of BGS, our swimmers not only follow 90 minutes of trainings according to their level, but also have fun and feel comfortable in a community where they can be themselves.
Swimming in an LGBTQI+ friendly environment helps people get together, make new friends and stay in shape.
Our BGS swimmers participate in various tournaments organised by LGBTQI+ clubs in different cities in Europe and in our own Brussels Games every two years, contributing to the visibility of our club abroad, as well as welcoming our friends to Brussels making them feel at home.
Season 2025-2026 — Registrations closed
Swimming at BGS is very popular, and we are now full for the 2025-2026 season.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept any new registrations at the moment.

from 18:30 to 20:00 at NEPTUNIUM for levels 4, 5 and 6
from 20:30 to 22:00 at CERIA for levels 1 & 2 (together), 3, 4, 5 and 6
- Every Tuesday
from 20:00 to 21:30 at ESPADON for levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6
- Every Wednesday
from 20:30 to 22:00 at ESPADON for level 5
from 20:30 to 22:00 at CERIA for levels 1, 2 , 3, 4, 5 and 6
- Every Thursday
from 20:30 to 22:00 at ESPADON for levels 1 and 2
from 20:30 to 22:00 at LOUIS NAMÈCHE for levels 3, 4, 5 and 6 except the first Thursdays of the month when levels 3 and 4 swim at ESPADON
- Every Sunday
from 18:00 to 19:30 at ESPADON where 5 levels will swim, weekly rotation of the excluded level
